Deep Tissue Massage

Depending on your need there are different types of Deep Tissue Massage:Myofascial uses very mild pressure and gentle forms of stretching and traction to help release tension and relieve pain.Myofascial Release Technique is a unique therapy that combines stretching and compression to assist in the pain relief of repetitive use injuries.

Therapeutic Massage concentrates on deep muscle tissue. Therapist can concentrate on the full body or a specific area depending on the guest’s needs and time scheduled.

Prenatal Massage

Swedish type massage with light to medium pressure used by the therapist.  Your therapist will position you to accommodate your changing body to best suite your needs and comfort. This type of massage helps increase circulation to the whole body including the – baby, and also helps relieve stress and tension for mom to be!  Especially helpful for discomfort in the low back, hips and feet.  Our therapists are trained to know which pressure points to avoid during pregnancy and which are helpful! Recommended after first trimester.

Manual Lymphatic (Drainage) Wellness

Light pressure is used to manually move fluid through the body. The massage promotes a healthy immune system by returning fluid to the blood to aid in body defense and removes blockages from the lymphatic system.

$25.00 –  Hot Stones

Hot stone massage is a specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones, either as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body while they massage other parts of the body.  This type of massage add on helps to warm tissues, greatly increase circulation, decrease tension and soreness and is also very relaxing for the client. This is a warming treatment that is great anytime of the year but is especially enjoyable during the winter months!

Single treatment of hands and arms, or feet and legs to exfoliate dry skin to help improve hydration. Hot towels are also used.

$20.00 – CBD Cream

Helps reduce inflammation due to strain or injury. Decreases back, shoulder, neck pain and joint inflammation.
