Thank you for your interest in Casa de Bella. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Our service provider’s time is valuable, just like yours.  We ask that you respect that time by kindly notifying us of an appointment cancelation at least 24 hours in advance.  If you are unable to cancel your appointment in that time frame, the following fees will be incurred:

*24 hours or more = no fee

*24 hours or less = 50% of the cost of services booked

*No show = 100% of the cost of services booked

We understand that life happens and appointments sometimes must be canceled.  However, not showing up for a scheduled appointment impacts our team and other guests.  Therefore, if there is no prior notice given and you do not show up for your appointment, we will charge the full amount of the scheduled services to your account.
